ABOUT ME
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in New York City, offering individual, couple, and family psychotherapy services to clients with diverse needs.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and received my Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University – Post Campus. I was awarded the university's top honors for my Doctoral Dissertation on parental bereavement following the loss of a child in sub-Saharan Africa. While completing my education, I received additional training from the New York Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.

At Manhattan Psychiatric Center, I completed my pre-doctoral internship and along with my private practice, I work as a Staff Psychologist at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. I maintain a caseload of patients and am active in the academic affairs of the hospital, helping to develop a psychology training program, teaching and supervising psychiatric residents, and offering seminars to medical students.

In addition, I serve as an adjunct professor at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center Campus, teaching courses on psychotherapy, psychopathology, and multicultural counselling to students in the Graduate School of Education at the Master’s and Doctoral Level.
